The bike was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Paperwork was straightforward and communication was clear from start to finish. I had been searching for a specific motorbike for a few months on BikeSales, filtering out dealers and focusing only on private sellers, as I had very little confidence in buying from a used car or bike dealer. After having no luck, I decided to broaden my search to include dealers as well, which led me to find the bike listed with Used Motos in Rouse Hill, NSW. The advertisement itself was excellent, with over 20 detailed photos showing every aspect of the bike. I contacted Used Motos and spoke with Bruce, the salesman. Without going into too much detail about the negotiations, we quickly reached an agreement that both parties were happy with. Bruce really went above and beyond, guiding me through the entire process and even arranging a courier to deliver the bike (who was fantastic, by the way). Mel, the admin manager, sent through all the paperwork promptly and patiently answered all my questions. One week later, the bike was delivered. I thoroughly inspected it before the courier left and honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about — the bike was exactly as described. The following day, I received a call from Brad checking in to see how the delivery went, how the bike was, and just generally following up, which I thought was a really nice touch. In summary, I found a bike with Used Motos, purchased it sight unseen (with the help of endless photos and videos), paid in full, had all the paperwork and courier arranged, and received the bike in showroom condition. Sold my 2025 Kawasaki Z500 through Used Motos and couldn't be happier with the experience. Filled out their sell your bike form online, uploaded a few photos, and the next morning I got a call from Bruce. Straight to business, no mucking around, made me an offer, I haggled a little, and we landed on a price I was happy with. He had me send through my rego, ID and bank details and transferred the money over then and there before he'd even laid eyes on the bike in person. Took me at my word. You don't see that Aussie spirit too often anymore and it's genuinely refreshing. Next day Shane came to pick it up, called 10 minutes out so I had time to get everything ready. Turned out he'd worked on my dad's bikes decades ago, small world. He was a great bloke, wheeled the bike into the van without needing any help from me and was on his way. In and out, no dramas. Usually a stressful experience but this was about as painless as it gets. Fair price, money in the bank before pickup, and two genuinely good people to deal with. Cheers Bruce and Shane.

I recently bought a Suzuki GSX 1400 from this dealership ( Bruce ) and could not be happier with process, they had the bike shipped up to the GC at a fraction of what I could of paid. The bike has a small issue of which I contacted Bruce and he organised the bike to be towed away and fixed at there cost which to me was amazing.. The service i received and the good experience from Used Motos would certainly make me contact them again for my next purchase. From my experience dealing with these guys id never buy private again. Paul Wilton I filled out the quick sell your bike section on their add……Bruce rang me yesterday evening…..we spoke on the phone for around 20 minutes……a deal was verbally agreed to……a swap for my 2015 Thunderbird for a 2009 Bonniville……. Shane (old service manager at Blacktown) arrived this afternoon with the Bonnie in the van…..unloaded the Bonny loaded Tbird…..a chat to catch up…..then the Bonny into my yard and handshake…….good bye to the tbird…… I cannot recommend more highly to all sellers and buyers USED MOTO at Rouse Hill…. Great experience dealing with these guys, everyone was super helpful and knowledgable. Bruce answered my questions about the bike and arranged delivery, Shane dilevered the bike to me in the Hunter Valley and ran me through the various operational points on the bike. The admin ladies Tiffany and Mel organised the rego, blue slip and CTP insurance. very happy with the bike and service.

I cannot say enough about how happy I have been with the service and support from Ryan and the team at Used Motos. In a world where dealers seem to try hard to turn you off them, my experience at Used Motos was the opposite. A return to old-fashioned service and genuine honesty that our politicians could learn a thing or two from. I bought the bike sight unseen and interstate (always a bit of a stressful thing to do). Bought a 2018 F750GS with under 10k kms from Used Motos recently. The bike was exactly as advertised and the negotiated price was very fair. Brad took me for a good test ride around the local roads and we had a no-pressure discussion about the bike when we got back. Bruce was fantastic to deal with! I purchased a bike from Used Moto's online, sight unseen from a bikesales ad of theirs. Being in Victoria and Used Moto's in NSW this was the best option for me. They were very easy to deal with, helped out with a competitive finance option, arranged the shipping of the bike at a very reasonable price as well. I scoured the online photos as best I could and was assured the bike was in great condition. When the bike did arrive for me to ride home I could tell straight away there were some cosmetic issues compared to the photos and the ad description. Luckily Bruce was beyond fantastic to deal with and he looked after me very well, diligently solving any problems with the bike.
